Building sustainable homes and buildings is essential to building healthy, sustainable and resilient communities. On this week’s episode, we chatted with Crystal Bueckert of Bldg Studio Inc. about her sustainability story and how she ended up starting her own design studio with a focus on energy efficient, sustainable, and modern builds.

Crystal Bueckert, owner and principal designer of Bldg Studio Inc., is an Architectural Technologist, registered Interior Designer and holds a Fine Arts degree from the University of Saskatchewan.

Bldg Studio Inc. is an award winning residential and commercial design studio focused on sustainable construction and unique design. It was named "One to Watch" in 2014 by Western Living magazine, has recently been featured in Maclean's magazine, and is a regular contributor to Saskatoon Home magazine and Western Living magazine.
